Une expérience culinaire hors du commun, où chaque assiette devient une véritable découverte. Les saveurs sont d’une originalité rare, les associations surprenantes et parfaitement maîtrisées. On se laisse emporter par des arômes que l’on n’aurait jamais devinés sans explication, tant la créativité est subtile et raffinée. Incroyable restaurant ! De l'entrée au dessert, rien à redire. Tout est parfait. Du goût, de la fraîcheur, de la qualité et de la proximité avec les producteurs locaux. En 6 mois, ce restaurant est devenu un incontournable sur Châteauroux

Orbys is a true French restaurant dining experience with a modern twist. This is a 3-hour seating. It is a six course meal with little deveation from day to day. Changes are made only for vegetarians and people with food allergies. In time, the gentlemen will introduce an alternate dish, which I am looking forward to trying. The night I was there was like I was interacting in a perfectly rehearsed play. From the Chef and Sous-chef, creating the meal to visual and tasteful perfection, to the waiter explaining in detail each course. The restaurant is newly renovated and has a great wine selection. I have attached pictures and videos of the meal. I purposely left out what each dish was made with. Being introduced to each course is part of the experience. Bon appetite.

Nous avons partagé un repas en 6 temps à 2 en août 2025. Le moment était excellent à partager avec un repas délicieux dans un cadre intimiste. Les plats étaient savoureux et faisaient ressortir les produits régionaux. Le vin a été recommandé par le chef et était parfaitement choisi. En résumé, je vous recommande très fortement cette expérience. Petite précision supplémentaire, le chef s’adapte aux régimes alimentaires et allergies tels que végétarien.

Echt een restaurant om aan te raden. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. In de open keuken werd voor de gasten de drie gangen lunch gekookt. Mooie smaken, prachtige gerechten, geweldig aardewerk servies. Inrichting is pure eenvoudig, oogt Scandinavisch. Zeker om terug te komen!!

Je devais trouver un restaurant ouvert le 21 septembre. J'ai passé un moment inoubliable. Une cuisine inventive et qui sort des sentiers battus. De nouvelles saveurs. Un accord parfait des plats et des vins. Un déjeuner inoubliable et à refaire.
